1.    And (sejajar)

Example:

Ø I like playing football and watching movie

Ø I don’t eat meatball and drink coffee

2.     Not only                         but olso

Examle:

Ø She is not only smart but olso beautifu

3.     Eventhough => kondisi (-) hasil (+)

Example:

Ø Eventhought ram didn’t studied, he passed the even

4.     Althought => kondisi (+) hasil (-)

Examle:

Ø Althought ram had studied very hard, he didn’t score well

v - Because, although, eventhoug + clause (s+v)

v - Because of, due to, in spite of / despite + noun (kata benda)

Example:

·        Because of you, I got an accident

·        Because I got an accident, I have only one leg
